How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece is made to order. I have listed in the description the average time needed for production and shipping. However, holidays may be extended out further based on the increased number of items ordered in that time frame. ELD is a small shop and we appreciate understanding for extending shipping times. We will communicate with our customers to ensure their order is delivered in a timely manner.

What is your return policy? 

Custom items with an approved proof are not able to be returned. Any damage during shipping will be addressed and resolved.
